How did I not update this the entire month of August? Well gee I guess with the way my exciting life is I just haven't had the time lol
Here's a question I pose to my LJ friends!
"Is it wrong that I've decided not to do family portraits with my dad just because I don't feel like pretending that we are one big happy family?"
Last month was the first time I've seen him since probably Thanksgiving and he spent the weekend hosting this two day party where his friends got drunk and passed out in the backyard. My friends were there for the beginning of the weekend and they felt bad about leaving me there over night. I'm sorry but when a group of teens/ young 20 year olds feel like they are the only responsible ones around there is a serious problem.
I guess it's childish to say, "Dad, you live eight hours away. How about when you want to see your daughters for a visit you actually spend time with them? If not then why bother having us over for the weekend?" |

Alrighty, I'm so pissed off right now that I'm shaking and I need to blow off some steam. That means all my LJ friends are going to be victims and I apologize for that lol. I've also forgotten how to do an LJ cut so this post will be shown in full for this I am also sorry so just bare with me...
A little background info for you all. EJ was my boyfriend in high school, we're talking two years ago. It's over and I like it that way. I would be perfectly happy if he just left me the hell alone but he doesn't get this, thinks we can still "be friends" or whatever bullshit he's come up with. The guy that I'm currently dating dated EJ's sister in high school as well and they are also broken up and for quite awhile.
These are some of our most recent emails and the last one is what set me off. ^^ oh but you'll see my response. I bet Freya can't wait to see this and will probably be laughing her ass off when she does.

So, I might of finally scared my boyfriend... this is what's been going on.
There has been a slight problem with one of my exes. He keeps emailing me to ask if I wanna hang out and stuff. I keep telling him that I don't think it's a good idea but he won't take a hint. The guy I'm currently seeing used to date the little sister of this particular ex. (yes their exes are dating each other lol) Anyway I got fed up with it after awhile.
I emailed him back, "Things are going good. I'm working full time, still thirds though. I'll be going back to school in the fall. I started seeing Jason and that's been super awesome. My dad's coming home from Buffalo so I'll be seeing him regularly and I'm working on getting my driving license."
See how I snuck that in like a ninja? ha ha ha I haven't gotten an email back but Apparently the sister invited Jason to their mom's wedding but doesn't want me to come with him.
This morning I went to breakfast with Jason and my inner Fuji came out...
"If it were me this would be the plan," I said, "If I wanted my ex back, invite him to a wedding where there is all this lovey gushy feelings going around. Plus without his current girlfriend around he'd be unguarded to my charms. Since it's a formal event I'd dress to the nines and catch his eye and maybe steal a dance or two."
"It's the perfect way to divide and concur. I'd be lonely and then once she had you wrapped around her little finger she could return the favor and dump you. They would be able to make both of us unhappy at the same time." Then I sipped my apple juice.
He paused for a moment and then said, "You've given this alot of thought."
I nodded, "Lucky for us they aren't that smart, neh?"
"Yeah, but when you say things like that, you're kinda scary..."

They were having a sale so I took that as a sign that now was the time so I got it for $100 off the original price. I get to pick it up later today because they had to make some minor adjustments so it would fit right. Trying them on was fun though because I felt like I either fell out of the matrix or Kingdomhearts lol. |

Way back when the Harry Potter books were still coming out I'd get the newest one for my birthday. Well my dad thought that should wait until my actual birthday to read them the problem was by the time my birthday arrived everyone else had already read it.
The summer the fifth came out I was playing basket ball with one of my friends and a neighborhood girl and they started talking about the book. Unfortunatly they ended up blabbing the part about Sirus dying to me. It ruined the book for me 'cause I could only wonder, "when is it gonna happen?"
After that I yelled at my dad and as soon as the book came into the mail it was mine and I wasn't to be disturbed XP |

*waves* hello lj like peoples! Has it really been two weeks since my last post? *ponders* somehow time seems to continue to elude me...
Maybe if certain people weren't calling me in blind panic about trips that are months away *grumble*Malcolm*grumble* Yes I've been planning our Anime Boston trip and so far I've successfully gotten a room. I'm waiting for info from Tiffers for the registration and after that my job's done woot. Then the fun part of putting a cosplay together...
I think I'm making a plushie of Saito instead of trying to con one of my guy friends into letting me chase them around with a whip. Although how much fun would that be hee hee hee.
In unrelated news my hair has been chopped off. To my shoulders which is short to me 'cause normally it's down to my waist but it's poofy so it's fun to put up! *sigh* When the hell did I get all girly again?
My new obsession is now The Ouran Host Club (shit yes) it started off so innocently with the twincest but now I'm all about Mori and his silent-stoic-ness that makes me squee with delight. *sigh* he has like only one line an episode and yet and yet! Damn, I sound like Renge! |

| Writer's Block: Beyond Our Ken |

This was a long time ago so much so that I'm not really sure if it happend. The house I grew up in is over a hundred years old and it's right across the street from an old mill that was at one time powered by a water fall that becomes the river that wraps around into my backyard.
In the back yard on the riverbanks I found pieces of a woman's shoe and judging from the style it was from around the 1900's. Well not too long after I went downstairs to go use the bathroom or something like that one night and I looked out the window over our staircase. On the street in the direction of the old mill there was a whiteish figure in the shape of a woman walking down the street. It sort of turned toward the house and then dissappeared.
Ever since then I have to run past the window whenever it gets dark out. It's just an errie feeling I get when I pass that particular window that makes me want to ignore it. |

I think I have figured out who I'm gonna cosplay as for Anime Boston. I know the trip isn't until May but the sooner I get motivated the more likely I'll put the costume together plus it's very simple.
I don't know if anyone's familiar with Zero no Tsukaima but I might go as Louise from that. I just don't know where to find pink eye contacts that won't cost more than $20.
I'm waiting for my latest order from Amazon to come in. I craved and ordered the Princess Tutu box set but it'll take at least 5 days to get here *whine*. |

Alright, yesterday I got to work and I look at the schedule and see they put my name on second shift for today. I have been known to swing a shift here or there but no one had asked me if I could. Needless to say I was unhappy about it because I had already made plans for my day off.
I came home from working third shift thinking I have to be back at 3 so I rushed around taking a shower, attempting at some sleep. I get up put on my uniform and all that good stuff and went to call the girl that was going to give me a ride in when I noticed a new voice mail on my phone. I listened to it and it was from one of my other coworkers. As it turns out my manager put the time Holly was supposed to come in under my name. *Head meets desk*
We also had a store meeting and I found out in 9 months the stores contract is over so the owners are going to try to sell the store to someone. The store will remain open because we have a bathroom on the highway. Isn't it great how my job security rests with our toilets? |

Step One:

My sister's birthday was yesterday and I decided to be a tard about it. I bought her a single pearl on a 14 carat chain and a treasure box. Now I painted the box all pretty with a mermaid on it. Then I put the necklace inside and filled with Pirates of the Caribbean candy.
Then I hid the thing and when she got home I told her that she had to find her present ma wa ha ha ha ha!
To top it off her card was full of glitter.
When it was all over she told me that I was awesome so that's all that really counts lol. |

ku ku ku I feel very sneaky ma wa ha ha ha ha! Yes my credit card arrived in the mail yesterday so I've been shopping online this morning! With my mommy's birthday this Sunday I really needed to get her something so I ordered a heart shaped pendant with her birthstone on it. Not what I had in mind but it's still a pretty piece.
I also ordered a purse for myself. I've realized that the one I've been using I got for my 16th birthday and seeing as I've just had my 19th it may be time to replace it lol
Wow I have credit card, a check book, a full time job, and a car... what the hell happened? ooo all this grownup stuff just sneaked up on me huh? Soon I'll have a cell phone on a plan and *gasp* wear heels to work! (runs screaming)

The wonders working third shift does for a person. I know it screws with my imagination and gives me odd ideas like Naruto and Hunchback cross overs don't even ask...Or worse Naruto boy bands...
Is it bad when you start looking at your coworkers and say to yourself, "I would make her cosplay as Eiji, and he'd make a good Ed..."?
I have film that needs to be developed and hopefully some of the pictures I took of Daisy come out well so I can show you guys my baby yay!
Check it out. I redid my layout almost by myself and it looks all spring like and cute. Or maybe I'm just really tired and I think it looks good. |

Well it really screws with Sailor Moon doesn't it? Then again Sailor Pluto gets to be the keeper of time and all that jazz so it's not really too bad of a trade off.
They are going to have one hell of a time with all the school's 'cause now they have to buy new text books. Like public schools can really afford that. Maybe they should have let the whole thing go like, "April Fools! We were just kidding ;P" |

As far as fictional characters go I know that my evil clone would have to be Fuji from Prince of Tennis because I have one of those fake happy faces on all the time and nobody suspects that I'm really plotting to destroy them lol
But we are talking relating to. I have a different answer for that one. It would have to be Tohru from Fruits Basket because she always has a smile on her face and she used to get picked on by her classmates. Though now she has friends that care about her whole bunches. Just like me I have the best friends in the entire universe heh heh |

We use those funny looking light bulbs and I turn off the lights when no one's in a room. We also keep our heat down to preserve our fuel.
Now that it's started to stay lighter longer we don't turn our lights on till around 7 at night. That's about it...go tree huggers? |
